My Question is, does the reg game ever restart, if so, when

 Er, the game. Reg be short for regular. (Never woulda thought of that one, eh? ;) ) Turbo is Turbo. :D
Turbo is 6 turns every ten minutes, reg is 1 turn every ten minutes. You play the game by using your turns.
It is generally easy to stay away from all game related threads, as they're sorta uncommon. However, when something of a war or unexpected occurrence happens on the game, everyone gets excited and starts screaming at each other. Fun.

GD should suit you fine most of the time. :)

 The regular game restarts everytime Retto makes huge code changes, that one of the things i hate most about regular. You'll have to ask Retto when the restart is because there's not set date.

 hehe, i'm not gonna restart yet cause of the war.... I'm in Loren... i gave away about 40mil of stuff and lost 130mil of stuff since the weekends lol. That's y i was gonna restart... 130mil gone in less than a week, eek! I'm changing my strat in game right now but is very taxing on my economy and i lost 20mil nw today... not much more for me to lose eh?

 Well, I restarted and didnt get my validation, so i sent a letter thingy to retto and i still aint got it.......Pah.....

 It's really not that high speed, trust me.  In Regular, you get 144 turns a day (24 hours), so really, as long as you're able to check in every three days or so, you'll be fine.
