HPRs are taking over the game

Reg. and turbo are both becoming a food race. And building a army is useless if you want to get into the top10. This game is being ruled by HPRs. So what do you think? I don't like food massing myself too boring.

Not really... if you just have food you won't stand a chance in the top ten very long, because whatever land you do have will be taken by those in and around the top ten.

That's not true- before I was deleted, I was nearly all army. I never had more than 60 mil food at any given time.

I disagree with Amoraq. Food on Turbo is worth very little, and a lot of the people with a higher net on Reg are mostly troops.

I meant to bring this up yesterday but the capital punishment thread took up my time.

The point of multiplying food by 10 is to make it equal to cash if it was sold on the market correct?

Food * 10 / 500

Then if that is taken care of, why is the denominator changed after it has already been noted as equivalent to cash.

Cash / 2500

Should be more like Food * 10 / 2500, but that's just my opinion.

It's an interesting strat, and quite hard to stop all your food being squishled...

Considering that Wolf Bite and the leader strats are exceedingly popular, and considering that they are Happy Pony Raising in Ragefur's sense (ie. peaceful) and today's sense (ie. food-massing), well, HPRs have already taken over the game.

It wouldn't be safe to give out my percentages... but leader strats are not always peaceful... as in my and many others cases.

Edit: Oh, and 1 food is worth more than $10 in net.

It's pretty safe for me, my percentages jump around all the time.. and I'm on vacation, so no one can squishle me..
