The races have just run and a winner has been named. So in about a day, there will be anther race. I will "TIP" the winner of the next race 5 Billion. That is above and beyond whatever they get for winning.

So everyone join the race. Lets see how many people join.

it's a shame... 100% HPRs can't enter skiff races, as they have no troops..
