I truely don't recall agreeing on that. In fact I think shael is a wonderfull admin, challange her with anything admin related and she will get right on it. I don't think there is anything she doesn't take into consideration with common sense.

I think people that care a little bit less about the way their actions will be viewed by the community could do a better, more efficient, and fairer job. It's worth a shot.

 Sorry if I don't notice what Shael's doing...
In my mind the only 'admin actions' worth noticing are things that affect every forum member. E.g. new forum, avatar size limit change, upload limit change, PM limit change, etc.
Of course things like custom name changes are useful, but less immediately relevant and urgent.
