Is Tarsonis a good Emperor?

Actually, nothing has been done to sway me either way. That could be partly because I missed out on 3 days, but Tarsonis doesn't affect me in the slightest, anyhow.

Personally, I think he is the best emperor yet, although I never knew Stormy. But right now I think he is fair and a good emperor.

I played when this first came out then I stopped when they had start over. I came back and I haven't been here long enough to see if TArsonis is good or not. But I liked "stormy".

has who the emperor is ever really, really, REALLY made a difference at all to those below the top 10? I know as far as whoever the emperor's clan is it can make a difference, but besides that?

Like I said, I have no personal problem with him. It's a bloody game. Besides, before he disbanded, IMC almost had the top ten deadlocked.
