 Kheraptis Clan has been in that rank forever, he'll never move.
The Beatles is a fair player, and deserves credit, but I voted for W00tness, it appears his number is very high and a fast mover.

 FYI, Fenix, Shy has been 20 ranks higher than that before. I spotted w00tness a few days back, and it seems that the aid I sent him boosted up a few ranks, which explains the "fast moving".

BTW, Shael, how much aid did you send him? Must have been about 500 thousand stoats or something... he's like the second last warlord to join the game...  Alot of aid would be needed to take him that high.

 He's not that new....it wasn't all my aid that helped him up, but it's definitely helped him. I sent him 500 million dollars. It's also just come to my attention that he joined the Alliance...

As for w00tness...heh heh ^_^;;; he knows I'll never attack him again. Bah, I hate having friends and allies on this game. It leaves me with so few people to attack. *smashes things*

 I don't know why not? When I played Earth 2025 (A game very similar to this), my friend joined at the same time. We used to beat on each other, just to test the other's defenses. It didn't matter, because it's just a game.

 Oh, I played Earth 2025. I don't even think I ever got out of protection ^_^;;; It was a LOOONG time ago and I didn't get it.
