I need some help.

 My regular sever account has been disabled due to usage of multiple accounts.

I have never had more than one account.

The only thing that can lead me to think that they would assume I had more than one account is that a friend of mine often checks his RWL on both my computer and laptop. But his Regular and Turbo sever accounts were made with his own email address.

I have sent an email to the address given to me, and have yet to see a reply. I sent it immediately after I was disabled a few days ago.

I really enjoy playing RWL, and wish to have something done. But if no one will contact me, how do I go about this?

I?m baffled by the fact that I have been disabled. Now I have an account on the Turbo sever also, but would that be considered multiple accounts?

Can anyone help me and point me in the direction of someone who I could contact?
