Josh/Fenix has been banned

 Josh/Fenix has been permanently banned from both RWL games, as well as the forums.

We cannot create a fun or enjoyable atmosphere when people do not observe the rules. Fenix has shown repeatedly that he is incapable of following any rules which are set.

If you know that he is playing or operating an account, you can be banned for not reporting it immediately.

You may think he is a good guy, who is nice and kind. If you believe that I have good judgement, and know well what is good and bad for this game, trust me: he will lie. he will cheat. he will not reform.

 OK, Retto, I'm sorry to say this, but thats just going too far. It really is. You don't even have proof that josh is playing right now. And even if he were, is he breaking any rules other then the perminent ban that i think a lot of people here are willing to forget about.  I know you can chage the rules at will, but do you really think this is what the people want? This is a game for the people, and if the people disagree with you, what kind of game are you running? Not only do i think this newest ruling should be taken back, i think the entire ban should be taking back. LET JOSH PLAY!

 Hm, well, that was conviently timed. Josh IMed me about last night renouncing our friendship. He'll find a way around it somehow...I'll bet anything we haven't heard the last of him.

 Actually, Peace Alliance... I do have proof. He told me. And I never told Retto, so it seems his judgement is quite good.

 What josh told me he told retto, was that yes he was playing turbo, but he never said who he was. Then Retto assumed Tarsonis was josh... With no proof. I assume you got the same thing?

Besides, i think my arguement is more that he shouldn't be banned anymore all together.

I think what you should to is let him play on probation. Get someone like... Wolf Bite to watch over him (possibly with some admin power, i donno) and make sure he doesn't cheat. eventually, after he proves himself, we can let him play on his own finally. This would be a good way to prove that he's ready to play legitimitly.

 Perminent ban doesn't seem to be working, so you'll have to spend more time on him anyways.

BTW, you may have disabled tarsonis... But who's to say thats josh. I don't mean to hint or anything, but the way you guys talk about him, wouldn't that mean that he's probably got multi accounts? erm, not that i know about them or anything. that would get me banned. I wouldn't have any clue who he is because as you can see... i haven't reported him.........

Retto has every right to do this, and Josh has indeed proven time and time again that he can't be trusted to follow all of the rules.

Josh, however, is also one of my first and better friends from RWL, so I am sincerely sad to see him banned again. He is a great guy, but for some reason he can't seem to get it into his head that cheating is wrong.

 He is nice and all, but he can lose his temper too, he accused me of selling him out to another once, but he has decided his own fate.
