 This morning as of now(9:32am Sunday Indiana time)  I've signed into RWL and about 13 other people RWL shows to be signed in, but I am talking with another player who it is showing online and he told me that he isn't signed into RWL and I'm pretty sure that the others aren't as well...

 I noticed that too.My turns are returning and it isn't changing the status of ranks.
Oh come let's sing Ohio's praise
     And songs to Alma Mater raise
