The way I see it:

#1 Defense. #1 Offense. The defensive line for Tampa Bay has so much talent and skill. They can block the pass, and Oakland has NO running game whatsoever. The Raiders don't have that great of a defense. Tampa Bay has the running game (Alstott), QBs (B. Johnson and R. Johnson), and recievers (K. Johnson and Jerivissia (sp on latter reciever)). They have a kicking game which I think will decide the game. Gramatica will win with a field goal. I think Brooks will play a big part in the Bucs victory. They need to keep Porter and Rice double-teamed whenever possible. Give these guys room and they can earn their pay and then some. From the coaching aspect, Gruden will be able to tell his players how Oakland operates. They can know what to expect from Gruden in play-calling, but, overall, this will benefit the Bucs.

Oakland can't get anything done on offense. If they want to win, they need to do what they do/did best.
