I deleted shortly after holbs took top. I quit for two reasons:

1)

There wasn't much point in playing any more because holbs took top and I could get very far caz he didn't like e much.

2)

Holbs set a bounty on my head fer somin' like couple billioin'.

It's not that I don't like you. It was your overly vicious retal.
I could not retal against your retal as I would have lost troops due to your low Net. So to release some of that anger I had stored I put a bounty of $1 bil on you.
Not to kill you, but drive you down to under 1k acre. Nobody finished the job, so they weren't paid.

When it says he's too high up, it doesn't use the distance in ranks, but in networth. And even the gap between Holbs' place and second place was rather big.
