I'm sorry to hear that had to happen to you and your sister krowdon. I hope everything works out for the better. The others are right though. See if you could get some type of insurance. Anything is better then nothing. Costs are a pain for sure, but certainly there must be some insurance company that can be suitable for your needs right now.

It's not the illegality of driving without insurance that makes it a bad idea. It's the fact that if you do hit someone, you will be on the hook for their medical expenses. Which are probably orders of magnitude more than any of us could possibly afford, even for something minor.
