My parents took my mini fridge from my dorm and over summer are keeping it in the living room to store beer in.

It's an alright size. I mean you can't keep a lot and sometimes you have to play Tetris with leftover boxes but it's good. Keeps your ice cream frozen too.

Thats because it was in my college dorm. It was nice. I like the little thing on the side I could fit soda cans in.

They sell milk at the dollar store......shelf milk with a shelf life of 2 years.

ew why. I just get milk from Publix in the gallon and it only lasts like 4 days because I drink so much milk. Otherwise it'd be good for little while.

According to my sister who received her Master's in Dairy science, due to it's aseptic processing (which basically means it is cooked hotter than typical milk and then immediately placed in a sterile container) it does not need to be refrigerated.

I don't think I'd be comfortable doing that. Just like I wouldnt be comfortable in a driverless car.
