SOS I lose money on every turn, even when I loot my lands! I built markets, looted and basically things are looking grim D:

Hi Should have introduced myself earlier.  I am Aarak on reg.  Haven't been active because of slight lack of interest.

The source of your problem is your troops.  A solution for this is to sell a portion of your troops at the beginning of your run, via market/mercinaries, and then near the end rebuild your army

yes, you generally want to have as few troops as possible when you are actively using turns (just keep enough for your attacking needs, usually rats or stoats) and market or sell the rest. Then, when you are done your turns and have earned lots of money, you can re-buy them to defend you while you are offline.
