 Hmmm... how does this work?

Look! No weasels, stoats, or skiffs! And yet, I attack, and don't get through! He looses none, I loose none, but I don't get anywhere. How does this strat work? Loads of guard towers, or what?

-id-

I've encountered this on some occasions as well, its just due to a LOT of guard towers.

Just build up more and poke him good.

Darkness

I thought that if a person has 0 troops of a certain type then the guard towers are useless.  Something to do with the equation for defensive points or something.
Who turned out the lights?

calria

 That's what I thought, too...
I'm going to try the guard tower thing and see if I can get through... or maybe just get some majorly hefty leaders (a.t.m. I'm about even with him) and knock him thataway...
Hoping this isn't bug exploitation.

Why, WHY did I put my account on vacation... I'd have killed him with my wonderful skiffs...
He is the most landfat person I have ever come across. You could kill his economy sooo easily...

calria

I've seen landfatter, but he sure is succulent, ain't he?
I can't deal with him at the moment, though. *sigh* All those delicious acres will just have to wait.

Eeheeheehee!!! **continues to cackle gleefully** Behold! Calria has made a mistake! :wow!!: I'm not active on the forum, but I'm still aware that Calria seems to be the local spelling and grammar guru. If you will observe the fourth sentence in the quote above, you will see the word "loose" used twice, once in plural form and once singular. I believe that this would indicate that not only is this a mistake, but that Calria would normally get the words lose (what should be used in this situation) and loose mixed up. **Gasp!** How utterly horrific and un-guru-like! :o Sorry Calria, but the truth must be heard... -_-

**Flees the scene**

Ah, but who am I now?

Actually, though *coughIdidmakeamistakecough*, that still makes sense... I loose my troops upon you all! HAHA!

baska

Face it Calria, you were wrong.............. :snicker:
*Flies away on my pony eating eagle*

We all make mistakes, I suppose. There should be 'Newbs' and 'Oldbies' usergroups..
*swims away on her eagle-eating hamster*

calria

...but if there were newb and oldbie user groups, what would we do with Julie?

She's an oldbie trying desperately to stay a newb.

Why she does this has not yet been discovered, but HAS cost the Russian government several thousand dollars and the lives of four cosmonaut hampsters.

TR Shadow

I would be a newbie, thank you.

calria

 See what I mean?
She's in denial, too!

TR Shadow

I am not in any denial.  I am just stating that I am a newbie.  I don't want to be a newbie, but I am one.  I'd love to be an oldbie  .   Sadly, I will always be a newbie and nothing will ever change that.
