Buying massive amounts of troops from the market (might be an issue on reg too)

Lets say someone buys $50 bil of goods from the market. All of this goes into cluny's hut.

Let's say that my max amount-in-account is only $10 bil. If I don't log on for 6 hours, when I get there the amount of money in my account will be around $10 bil, and not around $50 bil, because each time turns are given out, people who are over the max in Cluny's hut have their cash degraded.

I think this should be changed.

it doesnt  degrade, it leaks into your regular cash pile. 3% of overdraft is removed from cluny and added to your full stockpile every turn cycle. none disappears.
