2) If no new posts are in any existing topics, make a new topic.
3) Posts must have substance and a minor degree of relevance unless a new topic has been brought up.
4) Each active Spammer must have at least one topic they've created on the front page at all times. Old ones may not be revived for this purpose.
5) All topics created after this date in spa require active participation from all spammers. For now, a one post minimum is required.
6) Blobfish is official deity of spa
7) Dirty Harry has the powers of a regent in Unga's absence
