What about a government with three prime leaders.
1. Military leader who can wipe out his enemies without breaking a sweat.
2. Political leader who can get allies and lead the people
3. Economic leader who can easily balance out funds between the military and political leader


I vote Ungatt as Military leader

The idea of having one leader is that they delegate the power. The idea of having three? I'm not so sure. Not only is the population of spa quite low, but even if we had interested individuals for these positions problems would still arise. Economic would stop being relevant instantly. One of the other two would gain more power and they'd both be working against one another.

BUT WAIT. An idea is formed.
