Is there any formula thingy to getting you ratio to 365 or whatever the best is? I can never get it right.

175 is the magic number. Take leaders, divided by 175. Round Up. That's how many huts you need. Demo the extra.

I tried doing that, but it only made the top one 175.

well, yes

that top one is leader/hut ratio (literally, the number of leaders you have, divided by the number of huts)

the bottom one is leader land ratio (literally, the number of leaders you have, divided by the total land you have)

if you want them to be equal, then all your land has to be huts.

"Ratio" just means the result of dividing two numbers. It's not a term that's specific to RWL even, certainly not a specific server of RWL ^_^
