I want to join a clan, but it says I can't. I'm out of warlord protection, and it says i'm not out of protection yet. could anyone help? I really want tae join a clan.

have you just gotten out of protection.  If so try running a few more turns, or try again a little later

if you have used 200 turns but not 201, you can't join. Try using 1 more turn, as Durza suggested.
