might your new system have problems if forum username != forum display name? I think that might be the problem here.

No it doesn't work. I can click on "enter turbo", but then it says I need to log in...

my ideas end here, this requires the expertise of the system creator.

I nuked the multi, did that help? If not, maybe I could nuke it directly in the DB...

Should be all better. I don't understand how that happened in the first place?
As far as I know noone has had an issue with the turbo signup... The reg thing has been hit and miss, but mostly functional.

his forum username is not the same as his display name - when the accounts were created initially, they used the display name as the linker. Is this the problem?

@windy - maybe try deleting the second account entirely via the DB?
