I say ya, we should reset. There are so many inactive accounts and I think we need to start every over and have another long go at it. It is getting repettive in a way now, but there are changes all the time in ranks and whatnot but I think we should really just reset everything completely and see what happens. Would make everything a lot more interesting an exciting.

I think the ideal thing would be to eliminate the dead and disabled hordes from the database, without effecting anything else.

Exactly, like the Graveyard in the other Promisances. Even the "Exclude Dead" in the search doesn't exclude all the dead hordes...which is rather unusual, not to mention irksome...
