First thing Sevs always does is threaten you. Don't worry though, he's been threatening me for years and yet I am never bothered by his actions against me ingame.

99% sure #12 is Snare, #16 is Sevs.

Though to be honest the practical differences are minimal.

Seriously. Wolf Snare sent me an awesome strat, and what does 13 do? Attacks him once and tells me that he  was warring with Wolf Snare and one. 13 attacked Snare only once, literally.
