Hey all
So we're shifting the focus of the round. 
You may notice there are 22 new players on the score board, these are each controlled by a script I wrote. 
In other words, they're NPC's.

Quick note:
They've each scouted and made a first run, from now on they will behave within the confines of the game
If you notice numbers 34 - 55 making an 'illegal' move, please let me know.  I've tested these things for a week now with Shadow's help.  They certainly are not designed to be the ultimate players, but moderate ones.  They can attack, their targets chosen at random.  They will also attack each other, everyone is fair game.

Do they follow strats?

They do!
They use either a casher or a farmer strat.  You can tell by race.
The farmers will tend to be weaker, the cashers will be more self-sufficient.

Do they attack your weakest point? Like if you have 0 rats will they attack with rats?And if they fail do they stop trying? Cause I would get really annoyed if they suicided me. And can they tell if you are running or not?

Oh and do they all run at once cause they were created at the same time?

They shouldn't buy stuff that could go badly.

Nah, they're reasonably dumb. 
Each has a preset "favorite" troop type that they'll use.  Different all around.

Eventually they'll probably buy off the public market (they could start this round)
But for now they're just selling on it.

The market has been flooded with food at $15 so in order to beat it i have to sell at 14 and then according to shadow i am loosing money. So now im gonna have to switch to indy or something like that to actually get anywhere this round

Yeah, you'll probably see the market get pretty flooded. Sorry about that. The bots are pretty dumb with regards to selling.

However, now that we have bots, think of the possibilities! Computer controlled emperors that get stronger as the round goes on! Expect these NPCs to become the basis for some new and very fun themes.

You got it. We get to see how these bots fare in the real game. If things work out, like I said, expect some fun stuff to come out of them.

As for clans, we will have to do a little more work before the AI can handle clan play, but that's a lovely idea.

By the way, the bot AI and everything was entirely windy's idea and project, he got these things running so fast it was crazy. So three cheers for windy!
