Reasoning: For completely unprovoked mass murders and poisons. I also do not have the ability to open att ops on him or i would do it myself.

Payment: If you wold prefer a certain amount of troops instead of the cash i can do that as well and it would make it easier for me.

Other than that have at it and hopefully he wont try it again.

#252...I do believe that person was in WAR for an extended period of time. Personally, I wouldn't find it unreasonable to assume that he was ordered to take us down by his allies.

If I didn't suffer such huge desertion losses from attacking him, I would be taking him to low land daily.
