After all the whining VTN did about sevahs market abuse, I find them using the same tactics?

Weasels   The Hounds of Ulster (#16) (?)   1,479,137   $300   3.2 hours

Stoats   The Hounds of Ulster (#16) (?)   8,144,065   $440   3.2 hours

I'm sure it's just a coincidence though, right?

Everyone who is buying from volkov is also currently in range to send aid to him, so there is no problem. Using the market to get around aid limits is what the fuss was all about.

Also, this is not the same tactic since you guys were buying from Sevah at relatively high prices to get cash up to him, whereas volkov is for some reason selling to anyone who cares to snag the goods for low prices (or maybe he is trying to trap people like cloud said, but the quantity suggests otherwise).

I figured it was more of a trick to get others to accidently sell at a ridiculously low price. I accidently sent a few million weasels to market at $300 because that was the current lowest. Thankfully I corrected this before they hit.

Would it still not be getting around the aid limits? Maybe not in 1.0 where you had unlimited when clanned, but it definitely accounts for something in 3.0....

I mean net-based aid limits, ie, he was less than 3x the net of the buyer. Not that they were out of aid credits.

And also because they're all clanned. Part of the problem with the market trick was that it was allowing sevs the benefit of a clan without the negatives.

I just don't care actually. I'm just dumping troops in the market. Pretty much whatever they sell at, it's still loads higher than I can get on mercs. I am literally using the market exactly how it's supposed to be used. The fact that I am undercutting all of you is because I want them to sell. Boo hoo. Big bad Volkov is using the market as it was intended. Whoever is buying my troops, thanks for funding my runs!

Yeah what's all that about?
The reason for me buying the troops cheap was cos when I was in a good spot I hooked up my bros for free.
I was happy as a pig in steamies with the prices. The only collusion was that I knew when they were due to arrive which none of us knew was forbidden.

Actually. I don't think that's what the problem is.
I think the problem spawns cos the admins are sloppy and it benefits the people who don't promote their abilities. (the ones they hate)

Kilk has the brain to listen to everyone. Admins should listen to him or not make changes unless the changes are thoroughly though through.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Admins made it so you can sell troops dirt cheap.
Then they have the audacity to say i'm abusing the code rather than simply set the prices a bit higher for base minimum.
CMON DUDES. HOW FOOLISH CAN YA GET?
Quotelol, thanks for giving me 100m NW for 3b cash
I find that a tad difficult to believe. I know I had a goodly chunk on there for pretty cheap, but 100m NW for 3b? I mean the amount of stoats I have on there now is about 45m NW, and while my prices today are higher than my prices the other day, they aren't that much higher, and those stoats would cost you 12 bil cash, so to get 100 m NW off my troops, you'd have to spend at the very least, 20b cash. There is also the whole thing where I have logs of everything everyone bought from me. I'm assuming this: "You sold 8,000,000 Stoats on the market for $3,344,000,000" is you? Well, that's 30 mil NW. ~math~ Try it sometime Snare, before you make silly posts like this. It was a pretty ridiculously low price though. Actually lower than I could have gotten from mercs. Must not have been paying attention. Because I don't care.
Sevah, people are listening to kilk. He was heavily involved in the creation of 3.0.
lmao @ Volk. do you realise he wasn't saying 100m net as the exact digit but thanks for the extremely cheap networth? Seems you put a lot more effort into proving him wrong than he put towards the generalization.
Look at it from our point of view. I was labelled cheating for purchasing troops at the same price as you are selling for. The accusations are supposedly valid because my finishing networth was around 500m networth when the networths of my friends were around 150-200m which is actually still pretty close together.
30m getting called 100m NW isn't a "generalization,"  it's an "exaggeration." A pretty absurd one at that, haha.
As for the market abuse, that's quite a blatant lie.
You were passing things through the market to bypass the aid system. You were fully aware of that, and were exploiting the market on purpose. You even communicated about it; though not to the admins.
Gen. Volkov
30m NW is not even close to the same ballpark. I expect better out of Snare.
The moral of the story is people poorly labelled us for selling cheap troops to eachother then go and do it yourselves.
The vets know that the value of transactions is a scale of time. Land + Turns = Networth.
Land is created from scouting and when scouting is forced upon the public due to land being unavailable (Scrape lock wait theory) there will come a time when scouting capacity averages out for the overall count of players.
Upon this revelation abundance is realised and everyone thinks way different towards their daily strategy.
For the younger crowd, look up the word hypocrite.
My reason for being here is mostly because I have major respect for certain individuals. If you want honesty I will be blunt.
Reading comprehension is a valuable thing. Let me explain one last time.
Your team was in a position where you were more than three times the net of the next person, which means that they could not aid you anything. This is intentional on the part of the code, so that people can't take over unclanned very easily.
Your team then used the market to pass cash up to you using expensive troops, so that a minimum of net flowed down while you still got aided. This is abuse of the market system because it was never intended as a way to aid people.
VTN are using the market to sell troops to the game at large, as was intended. Since they are all within net range to aid each other as a clan, them using the market to buy from team members is perfectly legitimate however they please, because they could have sent aid instead, whereas you guys could not have.
