I thought we were having race spells this round!? :'(

probably not for a few rounds, that will take a fair bit of coding and I haven't the time for big stuff for a while.

Peace Alliance

Was just thinking it would be cool if race spells cost 10 turns, and became available once a day. Here was the spells I thought of:

Skeletal Defense: Creates a defensive army, that is as powerful as 30% of your troops + towers, but it does not stack on TOP of your current defense. The skeletal army does not cost upkeep, does not show up as NW, and only works as defense. The spell lasts for 60 minutes.

This spell would be a good way to help stop online attacks while you run. It also couldn't be used simply to stop anyone who attacks you, because it doesn't stack on top of your current defenses, so it's only good because you can cast it at the start of your run, then drop your defenses and run. It would become a very costly spell to any emperor who has a huge army, because it costs 10 turns to cast.

Phantom Networth: Allows a user to increase the NW displayed by up to 50% of thier current networth for 24 hours.

Sometimes a boost to your NW can really mess with people's heads.

Cloak Networth: Allows a user to decrease the NW displayed by up to 50% of thier current networth for 24 hours.

I like the old cloak better. But the cloak that highers your networth sounds cool :P.

Captain Mortspear

Two things. One: why would the wildcat's spell be Pressgang Conscription, the only warlord in the Redwall series was Cluny when he forced all vermin living near Redwall into joining his army and Cluny was a rat, just a thought for change there. Two: I noticed that wolves have very bad loyalty and leadership, shouldn't that be changed as in real life wolves are incredibly loyal and would probably try their best to instill that sense of comraderie in their troops. So a good wolf spell would also be a spell that automatically doubles their already very high loyalty.
SEMPER FIDELIS, EULALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shadow

wolves don't have bad loyalty and leadership, they have good scores in both =/. Green on the race chart means good.

Wildcat pressgang - think Ungatt Trunn.

Also, having a spell that doubles their loyalty is VERY abusable. You wouldn't have to do loyalty run, therefore letting wolves be even better than they are now. I say keep the enrich

Actually I have already coded in the wolf spell, I think you guys will like it. Enrich is being used elsewhere :)

On top of that could we please have a theme next round? Turbo is no fun without a theme.

Shadow

Sure.

Any preferences?

Communism is fun, so is storehouse and badger gold. Communism is my vote though. I think storehouse and pearls of lutra are generally the favorites in the community though.

Shadow

I'm not sure if communism works with 3.0 given how much has changed. I will take a look at the code when I get a chance.
