NPSR's political platform:
Spa is equal to all boards in (almost)every aspect.
Spammers, new or old, outsider or not, have equal rights.
Spa mod can not deface threads or posts, unless it is vulgar or a bombing.
those who plan to cause chaos must warn citizens before causing it.
Internet Communism is okay, as long as it isn't overdone.
trolls are not spammers, but can be considered one if they would like to.
Old Spammers must respect new spammers, and vice versa.
Peace talks will be held if tension arises, and the choice will be made via a poll.
