A slight name change to show we are marginally different.
And I shall be the Commandant of the Grand Army of the Federation. Krowdon shall be whatever the new title for the mod will be. Ect. Row row deal with it.

Same as last time for now (unless Krowdon says otherwise).

Those who have served in the past Federation are full fledged citizens, just as RSL members are. Those who have not may be a part of the Federation but shall not enjoy all the benefits until they have served the Spa in battle or in sacrifice.
