 1. by using turns in other then attacking
2. Use the leader missions Heal.

 Well, I'd reccommend getting your clan to smack them down the ranks some, that's what friends are for. If you can get a standard attack to work, that's the best as it takes land,structures, and kills their troops (making retaliation difficult).. But then, with 1200 attacks on the regular server, my word is suspect.

 Then he sounds like an HPR.  But oh well.  If they aren't breaking you much, then they are probably just weakening your army for someone else to attack you.  That is what I would do.
