I would rather doubt that he is gone for good, but it would be nice...  his constant bad mouthing, terrible spelling and nasty language really disrupts the forums...

 Most message boards have a way of blocking an IP address, so that you can keep someone from registering another name.

As Stormclaw says, it won't always work.  I for example have cable.  The enter range within the bordering hills up to be the Cascade Mountains is the "tumwater2" area.  I have several friends who post at their own houses at IP showing boards, and it's the same.
