Simple as, if a person fails 4 attacks they can't attack that same person for 12hours.

Don't be sorry Aarak, you don't have the right.
You did nothing wrong, half of learning the game comes from making mistakes. You display heart and dedication which is more than I can say for most others.
Many in the past have failed +10 attacks against me and there's usually a conspiracy forum belittling the aggressor and myself.
In future I want people to gather the facts before jumping to conclusions and putting reputations on the line. The public usually accepts around 5 fails.

Okay.  I feel better now.  TO be perfectly honest though school work is piling and half a dozen activities occurring in a short period of time is preventing me from thinking straight (tests, a DBQ, concert, other stuff).
