2012 is Upon Us!

Ok, this is sorta a joke, but I want to know what you think.
This stupid 2012 thing is a load of crap.
"Oh my god, the Rapture is happening next year, will I get left behind?" Garbage.
That being said, it has been found that, theoretically, the magnetic poles will switch in 2012. North will become South, South will become North. It is unknown whether this will be insantaneous or gradual.
Your thoughts?

What are you asking?

When the poles shift bad things can happen™ but it is one of those wrong place wrong time things that is unlikely, and the bad things that can happen™ can happen at literally any time if we are in the wrong place at the wrong time, magnetic field fluctuations or not.
