I had 119 items in my recycle bin. I just deleted all of them.

yep. Well, Ist probably because I copied like,30 pictures on my flash drive and since I didnt need 2 of each of them, deleted the extras. Plus whatever was already in there.

Protip, when deleting things use shift-Delete, it instantly deletes them and bypasses the crappy recycle bin.

really? sweet.

I also uninstalled Sims 2, as it no longer works.

It freed up room on my computer to save more pictures I find on the internet. :D

Honestly I need to be deleting things on MY computer. I only have 14 GB left on my hard drive.

But it isn't lagging, so I won't worry until it does.

My computer only has 258 mb of ram or something like that so most things lag my computer.

You can delete all the programs you want, it won't help your RAM.

That's a hardware thing.

But yes it helps immensely. It also takes time and money, so I chose the cheaper and simpler route.

I know.
I deleted all my photos because they are all on our other computer but it did not help much
