Atacar is indeed the infinitive form of attack. I'm p sure that you're using altas wrong, though. Why do you want to attack someone, anyhow?

p sure it's neither of those, alto is tall, altar is to walk someone out of somewhere, like escorting them from the premises, and altas would be the second person singular form of altar. Then again it could be some kind of spanish slang, I really have no idea
