Promotion to Admin - Shadow

Let us all congratulate Shadow on being promoted to RWL Admin! :) He will be taking Peace's place as in-game admin as well be in charge of game development decisions (which he has kinda been doing already :p).

Peace Alliance will still be an admin in the background, and he will be around if we have any server issues or if we need any new CSS layouts.

Just to let everyone know:

if I play the game while adminning, I will do it passively. Since this round a passive player is not much help to the clan, I had Shael open up my spot in Trident for a different player. I will be keeping my reg account, which is currently on vacation, but if it is used, it will be used strictly passively from now on, unless someone else takes over as game admin for a while.
