There might be another one concerning dropping land to it.
It doesn't catch the dropped land.

Tested it twice now, first time dropped 4000 acres, second 300 acres, no results.
Need this fixed before tears is killed again...

you account is less than three days old. Are you sure that the land is actually being dropped? It shouldn't be.

A land discrepancy sometimes happens when people are attacking a target rapidly at the same time, or if someone is attacking while being attacked. Land and free land are being stored in two separate places, even though (ideally) free land can be calculated by adding up all your buildings and then subtracting that from your total land. When all your buildings + free land doesn't add up to your number of total land, you get a land discrepancy. Easily fixed through a button in the admin panel, but it causes problems like makes players unable to be killed (like what happened to Tears), or players get killed before actually losing all their land.

also, does land dropped by the pearl holder clan go to tears, but land dropped from anyone else goes to land farm?

Yep, that is correct.

Tthe tears is in Sampetra, not pearl holder.

I think it's supposed to be; the tears ARE the pearls, so the tears can't hold the pearls, lol.

It's never been in Pearl Holder before: it's always been in Sampetra.
