Spa Federation is a dictatorship run by ungatt trying to becomethe governing body in Spa, which was previously run by the RSL (Redwall Spamlords)

RSL currently consists of: Briar, Krowdon, Night Wolf (And I think those are the major ones. Others include Dark Claws and Kyrolin) But the first three montioned helped to create the RSL.

to be fair it was the major spam group, the rsl couldnt compete. the only reason the rsl was how it was, was lack of oposition. but once i came back reguarly and ungatt left and what not things changed

RSL may now be revived, or evolve into a better stronger group, with possibly a better name. It all depends on who wins the election (which probably will be Krowdon) and what they choose to do. The federation and RSL are basically both inactive, but the next Spa mod will choose what happens to each party.

Thanks for enlightening me on the spa history. i hadz no idea. But i believe the very best spammers will create a new league. An elite squad. What that will be will determine the "theme" of spa in many conversations.

The Federation is not inactive, nor is it a "Dictatorship"

The Federation is centered around citizen rule, where those who are citizens vote on the ways of the Federation. However one supreme law of the Federation is that in order to become a citizen you must serve the Federation in some way. Only citizens can run for political office in the Federation, but anyone can strive to become a citizen.

Current citizens/members of the Federation include Pippin, Firetooth, Shadow, Sharptooth, Neobaron, Kilkenne, Charles, and myself.
