At what difference/ratio in networth do you begin incurring penalty for attacking?

I've found when attacking up, you incur a penalty when their NW is at leats twice your.  Based on this I would guess when attacking down it would be half of your NW.  Aarak on Reg.
Question Mark (?)
Life is chaos, some of it is just more orderly.
Not liable for anything a Spa mod may change in my posts

I mean in terms of percentages.

Mathematical formula for percentages up to 10%.

because as of late I'm the one that writes a thing about things, but I've been gone.

But the difference is if you're 2.5 times larger than your opponent, your troops are lost in shame. If your opponent is 2.5 times larger than you, your troops are lost in fear.

Fear loses more troops than shame.

<?=Min(10,Round($users[networth] / $enemy[networth] / 125 * 100,2))?> is shame desertion code

<?=Min(10,Round($enemy[networth] / $users[networth],2))?> is fear desertion code

Hope this helps.

EDIT: This assumes no war flagging. War flag will make no desertions happen.

Shadow fact check me thanks

That  sounds about right, but I don't actually know the details of that part of the code.
