the crowds are already pretty dispersed, for the most part. Every picture or video I have seen shows small groups spread out over large areas. Not really the typical rioting mob, I think.

I know, I heard the guy saying that on the news. Everybody's contradicting each other, the epic Boris Johnson pretty much outright disagreed with David Cameron when he said the police shouldn't be cut.
