i seem to have some sort of mod powers in ultra mod section, im not sure if they are meant to be there or not but i just noticed i could sticky a topic and do other moddy stuff.

Give 'im a break. Sure, it's kinda silly to punch the button without knowing what it will do, but I'm sure he didn't expect it to do anything, or even expected it to do nothing. Honest mistake, no need to bring up the specter of "abuse" and the removal of mod powers.
