The Federal Network is pleased to announce that the rebels have been defeated. This is the de facto status due to inactivity, leading us to believe cult suicide to be the cause. Luckily, losses on our side were minimal. The war economy has given us the ability to purchase China. (we sold it for a slight profit, what a crappy place)

Anyway, maritime procedure is now active. This means:
1) Combos of any form or not permitted
2) Reference to memes being more than eight years old may result in being shot on sight
3) Military service is no longer compulsory. However it is required for citizenship and still encouraged. (it was never compulsory shut up)
4) Any "rebellions" are to be considered jokes and fodder for me to delete
5) Any reference to "RSL" should be for educational purposes only
6) And organization created without the approval of the federation is illegitimate, and therefor holds no power, not even symbolically
7) These organizations shall be granted no rights until approved. There is no obligations for the Federation to approve anything
8) Former rebels are permitted to exist. However returning to their leftist ways will void this. (Exist does not equal living)
9) Laws of the federation may be bypassed at anytime by the federation due to the still active martial law executive order

Note, most of these things were true even during the "war" but too bad.

Also Sharptooth is dishonorably discharged for conspiracy against Google. He is spared the death penalty for comedic purposes only. That is all, have a good day, my glorious Federation.
