How do you revive?

I've actually never revived an account before, and it doesn't seem to be covered anywhere. How do you do it?
Why can't I stay away from this game?

Wow, I haven't heard someone ask me to revive them in ages. XD (I used to hear it every week before I put in the revive option) If you look at the bottom of your news events, you'll see a link that says "Revive Account". It lets you choose a new warlord name and race.
