Wolf Bite, the only attempted kill run on you was by Knight technically, but in reality Sevah, who was uninvolved in this (as far as I know) and has been unclanned for a long time. As has been said, the only thing that occurred was net destruction, which should not impede your ability to teach newer players...as it is, you still have hundreds of millions in net.

Also Shadow, that doesn't explain why there was ever that number of troops on Holby whilst he was on such a high number of land. Unintentional or not, I see that as a land lock...that espy is only about a week old. Now I just compared it to an espy I had on WB from 10 days earlier:

There were two major holes which you filled up...the above isn't a locking force, what Holby was holding was. Also, the above was more then capable of preventing a lock as it specialized in offensive troops...what use would weasels and skiffs have in breaking a lock?

See above and read it again concerning all issues. You are not seeing the obvious.

If we were locking we would have unclanned Holby, for starters. Far as I know, he just got aided troops at an awkward time. I wasn't online at the time. But meh, it's done, and you will see what you please in a week-old espy.

Hmm? As I said, the kill attempts were from Sevah, or at the least from his behest. He was not involved.

If you don't care, why make such a fuss? I like what your clan is doing and I respect you, I don't want to see you gone, and I doubt anybody here does. We merely took away troops that could have (and were, to an extent) used for locking. It in no ways impedes your role as teachers. So what is the problem?

Aiding somebody that army at an "awkward time" still counts as "locking," imo. If you send somebody an army with no holes whilst they are on high land, you should be able to figure out they will not be easily broken. The whole clan may have not been holding back the land, but individuals were.

Also, once again, why did you fill up the two defensive troops instead of focusing on the two offensive troops? Then you would have had a force more then capable of breaking any lock without restricting the land...weasels are usually only amassed if the end result is some kind of restriction on the land.

I built defensive troops because Knight was trying kill runs.

I am not annoyed that it happened, I am annoyed at your nonsensical justification. This happened for the lulz. Admit that ^_^

It's an issue because land was being held back, for however short a period, by a clan only intended for teaching.

Wasn't it a similar "non-landlock" that Squire used as part of their causus belli against Knight?

Also, I find it interesting that the "teaching clan" was the clan that just recently went to war against Knight - which everyone knows should really be called Briar's noob brigade - over a relatively minor issue (sacks) and smashed the heck out of them. Out of a bunch of a noobs. And now we haven't touched your players in training, but you still freak out because we're "preventing you from teaching people" or something like that. It's a war game. Teach them how to fight. Teach them how to kill and protect net. Teach them how to maneuver, how to position themselves, how to bring in allies. Teach them the game.

I don't profess to be a mod of any kind, but I think everybody (myself included) should lighten up a bit...this was not intended as a hugely serious thread, but it's becoming another thread full of insults and the like. I know it's pretty hypocritical of me to to say that, but still.
