All programs, listen to the message I am to administer. The rouge runtimes in Worship are attempting to overtake the server. Filled with experienced programs, the only real rivals they currently have are the programs within Black Guard, however we are at half strenght, and I have business to attend to during 6th june-13th june. Are no other runtimes willingly to stand up to this opressive regime? I do not want a repeat of last round, thus for optimum entertainment levels we should engage in warfare, however if Guard does not more members, the battle will be a statistically imbalanced against us. Chances of success could be probable if only unspecificed programs will join the guard.

Daryn, as far as I can make out. Mostly due to the avatar. It's how the programs talk in tron. I've not seen the new one so I have no idea.
