You could base it off that picture. It doesn't really matter though. The criteria is further outlined in the RSL Marshal HQ thread. Pretty lax I just think it needs a logo.

Haha. Well at first my name was pink. When I first got on I didn't really pay attention and when I first noticed it I thought I was an admin somehow. Then I got another admin's name and compared and noticed I was pink :-[
