 I hereby proclaim my self Ruler of whatever land is not taken... Kilk has the Northlands, Shael has Mossflower, and I don't know who has Southsward. Claim your land, or I deem it mine until further notice!

 Hahaha.  Shael and kilk no longer are here.  I killed kilk myself.  I fought him for his land (did you not read that post?).  I own Northlands.  And i will say who owns my other lands.  Deathclaw go back and make another account or something.  You have no say in this.  Topic Closed

In Turbo I did claim the Northlands, but I was knocked down the ranks miserably...

In a rather ancient chat session, I think some of us agreed that while Kilk rules the Northlands (and the dead buffalo as well), I'd rule Mossflower. I don't think we agreed on a Southsward ruler. But that was then. And apparently neither me nor Kilk are playing RWL anymore, so...do what you want.

 Yes, as you've stated. I think Josh claimed the southsward, but now he's not playing (as the Josh we know, anyway).

 Did you not read my post.  The Emperor should tell who rules what.  This is not mad claiming of whatever you want.  Kilk had northlands.  I challenged him and he died.  Anyone else want to claim something ?  By claiming something you are declaring war against the Emperor in my book.
