Uhh, I hate to be that guy, but I think we violated our constitution in this election.

The chairman has overall control over the council. They pick the succeeding chairman if the need arises. They have ultimate control but can be ousted if council votes for it and approval is made by the Grand General. If a member wishes to create a new branch of RSL, approval must be gained from the chairman AND the Grand General.

So uhhh, until Night Wolf approves this Krowdon's Chairmanship is illegitimate.

Or until we amend the constitution.

There has to be a council vote...

And given the context of that sentence I think it may be referring to the Chairman's decisions although that wouldn't make any sense. However it not making any sense would make sense considering I wrote a good portion of it.

And I know you'll say this poll counts as a vote but the vote must involve the demotion of the current Chairman, not the contest for who is to be next. And too many 3rd parties are involved.

But if enough opposition to my decision arises I will circumvent the rules.
