? I'm not part of that agreement, and I haven't been hitting you any lower with captures then I do to anybody else. Also, you tried murdering me...surely that would be an infraction if I were part of this agreement, too?

Well... That might have been a mistake on my part, but I do recall you capturing/sacking me.

Captures really aren't worth retaliation...you just lose all your leaders when you begin you run anyway, I have no problem with people capturing me, and I do the same to them.
