The Distribute button will be made available halfway through the round (around April 16th), and the clan leader may press it at their discretion (once you distribute there's no turning back). If the clan leader does not distribute by April 27th (the day before the end of the round), I will distribute for them.

I think the mandatory distribution should be before the 27th. One day for takedowns is not going to be enough, I don't think. I believe in past rounds we had a week between the distribution and the reset.
